Dani has completed a two-year yoga teacher training course with Kate Pell from West End Yoga Studio in Brisbane, completed a Yoga for Pregnancy training in 2007, and holds Level 1 yoga teacher certification with the Yoga Teachers Association of Australia. 

My yoga journey began in Melbourne in 2000 after being inspired by spending several years immersed in Eastern culture while in Vietnam and China. I found a small Iyengar class being offered in a church hall around the corner, and loved it from the first savasana! My passion for yoga grew, and with it my desire to learn more about the philosophies, techniques and application of yoga to every day life.

Symbolically, it was love that brought me south to the heart shaped island of Tasmania in November 2007, and it was grace that I became a student of Clare Raffety soon after. As a qualified teacher (Diploma of Education, 1993) and a Level 1 yoga teacher (Yoga Teacher’s Association of Australia), I have now been given the incredible privilege to continue my journey as a teacher with Yoga From The Heart, and aspire toward becoming an Anusara Inspired teacher.
